We are excited to welcome you back to our TJH Annual Summit, a time to reflect on the past year and plan for the exciting year ahead of us. We have a lot of great things planned and look forward to sharing more with you at the beautiful VEA Hotel and Resort in Newport Beach, CA.

Q. Where can I find the Annual Summit schedule and locations?
A. Please scan the back of your Summit Badge for the most updated schedule

Q. What is the dress code?
A. Business casual. Meals will be outside, plan on bringing an extra layer for breakfast
Q. Where do I park?
A. The hotel only offers valet. This will be covered by TJH. If you wish to self-park, you will need to park across the street at Fashion Island, and walk to the hotel.
Q. If I want to stay at the hotel, how do I book a room?
A. Those of you who are attending more than 1-day, will already have rooms reserved for you. For those who want to take advantage of our group rate, you will need to book your room directly through the hotel. TJH will not be reimbursing hotel charges outside of what has already been agreed upon. If you wish to stay at the hotel, this will be a personal expense.
Q. Is early check-in available?
A. No, early check-in is not available. Please plan on arriving as close to 4pm as possible.
Q. Is late check-out available?
A. Yes, however TJH will not reimburse you for this fee. You will be personally responsible to cover this charge.
